Pixie’s Deposit Policy

Thank you for choosing me for your upcoming experience. To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit secures your appointment and is non-refundable. Please note the following guidelines regarding deposits:

  1. Deposit Payment
  • All bookings require a 50% deposit, which is calculated based on the rates listed on the website. You can view the rates at here.
  • The deposit must be received within 24 hours of your booking request to confirm the appointment, unless otherwise discussed. Failure to provide the deposit in this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  1. Payment Methods
  • I primarily accepts deposits via Beem. Get the app here beem.com.au If you do not have a debit card, bank transfer can be arranged, as well as cardless cash if you require discretion (with $50 processing fee). Specific payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.
  • Please ensure that your payment is properly referenced with the confirmed booking date to avoid any delays in processing your deposit.
  1. Refunds and Cancellations
  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new date, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice between your booking and its cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to Pixie’s availability.
  • In the rare event that I need to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded via Beem only, or, if preferred, transferred to a future booking.
  1. No-Show Policy
  • If you fail to attend your appointment without giving prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and any future bookings may require full payment upfront.
  1. Privacy and Discretion
  • All deposits are handled with the utmost discretion to ensure your privacy. I value your confidentiality and takes every measure to protect your personal information.
